Adult Costume Party

          The Soledad Rec will be hosting its first ever adult Costume Party Fundraiser. This fundraiser is going to be an event to remember. Adults are invited to join us for a  fun night of music, dancing, dinner, dessert, games, raffles, costume contest, and so much more! A taco dinner will be provided buffet style to all guests, as well as dessert and appetizer stations. Alcohol will not be provided, but can be purchased at the bar within the building. Guests are encouraged to show up in costume for a chance to win a cash prize for best costume. This event will have a DJ playing a wide variety of music to dance to, and there will also be some fun party games to enjoy.

          The Soledad Rec pool has a great history within the community; many children grew up swimming every day at this facility. The purpose of this event is to fundraise for our organization, which includes, but is not limited to our programs and facility improvements. Our community members cannot always afford the full participation fees, so our organization really strives to provide programs, activities, and events to the community at a reasonable cost. We try to go the extra mile to provide the high quality programs, safe facilities, while maintaining fiscal responsibility.  Throughout the year we try to put on fundraisers to help raise money for the organization, and this costume party is one of those fundraisers. Part of this Costume Party’s success relies on the generosity of our supporters to attend this event to help us fundraise. So by coming to our event, you will not only have a night of fun, food and entertainment, but you will be supporting a pool and organization that is a big part of the community.
